Communicate Through DilWill First
Use DilWill's communication features whenever possible during the initial stages of interaction. Keeping conversations on the platform helps maintain privacy and allows you to decide when and with whom you wish to share personal contact information.
Protect Personal and Financial Information
Avoid sharing confidential information such as banking details, passwords, OTPs, financial records, identity documents, or residential addresses with anyone you have not thoroughly verified and come to trust.
Control Your Privacy
Review your privacy settings regularly and choose how much information you wish to display on your profile. Share personal details thoughtfully and only when you feel comfortable doing so.
Choose Safe Meeting Arrangements
If you decide to meet a match in person, select a well-known public location during daytime or in a secure environment. Inform a family member or trusted friend about your plans and expected schedule.
Build Trust Gradually

If you encounter fake profiles, impersonation, fraud attempts, abusive conduct, or violations of DilWill's policies, please use the reporting tools available on the platform. Our team reviews reports to help maintain a safer community for all users.
