DilWill uses profile information, partner preferences, compatibility parameters, community preferences, and software-based matching systems to suggest potential matches.
No. DilWill is a matrimonial intermediary platform that facilitates introductions between users. We cannot guarantee compatibility, responses, engagement, marriage, or any specific outcome.
The Compatibility Score is an automated assessment generated using profile information and matching parameters. It is intended only as a guidance tool and should not be considered a guarantee of relationship success or matrimonial suitability.
Yes. DilWill may provide horoscope or Kundli matching features for user convenience. Such results are generated using software-based systems and should be considered informational only.
No. Compatibility reports and horoscope matching results are generated through software algorithms and user-provided information. They may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for matrimonial decision-making. Users should exercise independent judgment before making important decisions.
Privacy & Security
Profile visibility depends on your privacy settings, membership type, and platform controls. You may have options to limit access to photographs and certain profile details.
DilWill implements reasonable security measures to protect personal information in accordance with applicable Indian laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
No. Contact information is generally not displayed publicly and is shared only according to platform settings, permissions, and membership features.
Yes. Users can report suspicious, abusive, fraudulent, or inappropriate profiles through the reporting tools available on the platform.
Verification
Profile verification helps increase trust within the community by confirming certain user details through verification processes determined by DilWill.
No. Verification only confirms information reviewed during the verification process and should not be considered a guarantee of a person's identity, character, intentions, or matrimonial suitability.
Membership & Payments
Paid memberships may provide access to additional communication tools, profile visibility enhancements, advanced filters, compatibility features, and other premium services.
No. All membership purchases and premium services are non-refundable once purchased or activated, subject to applicable law. Please review our Refund and Cancellation Policy before making payment.
Yes. You may discontinue or choose not to renew your membership at any time. However, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of any fees already paid.
Account Management
Yes. Subject to available platform features, you may choose to deactivate, pause, or limit profile visibility.
You may request account deletion through your account settings or by contacting DilWill support. Deletion requests will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements.
Certain information may be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or regulatory compliance purposes as permitted under applicable law.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, DilWill does not conduct criminal, financial, employment, or comprehensive background checks on users. Users should independently verify information before making commitments.
